El herido señala que fue el hijo de René Urban quien le disparó a quemarropa dentro de la comunidad Ignacio Queipul de Temucuicui .
Hoy a las 17 hrs. el menor mapuche de iniciales L.M., de 16 años de edad, buscaba parte de su ganado que fue baleado en el día de ayer por los guardianes del fundo La Romana, a dos kilómetros de la propiedad usurpada por los colonos. De acuerdo a su relato, en ese momento se acerca Héctor Urban, quien sin mediar aviso procede a dispararle, alcanzándole en la pierna cerca de los testículos ocasionándole un enorme forado por la salida de proyectil. Tanto carabineros como el padre del autor del disparo se encontraban en las cercanías observando el hecho, escapando todos velozmente del lugar, en sus respectivos vehículos, lo que da cuenta de su complicidad en el hecho. En este momento el menor se encuentra sangrándo profusamente esperando un vehículo de emergencia para trasladarlo al hospital donde pueda ser intervenido.
Para la Alianza Territorial Mapuche este hecho es una muestra más de cómo se coloniza el territorio mapuche desde siempre, con gobiernos como el de Piñera que anuncian diálogos de cartón para disfrazar que la fuente de su ley es la violencia asesina.
